Our company was founded (formed) by color industry veterans and a group of local investors with more than 100 years of combined experience in the plastics and plastics compounding industry. Precision Color Compounds was created to support/fill/address the need for an economical/affordable provider of custom colored plastic compounds and services with no minimum order requirements.
Precision Color Compounds is a family-owned and operated company, with one of the original investors, the Grotness family, as sole owners. We believe our relationship-driven company culture ensures our dedicated, enthusiastic team strives for excellence in everything they do because we share in the success. This allows us to provide exceptional service focused on attention to detail and quality products to our customers.

With our recently enlarged state-of-the-art facility located in Northeast Indiana, we are proud of how much our company has grown since we first began.
