On August 11, 2015 Precision Colors was acquired by the Ellis company, http://elliscompany.com/ and partners. This acquisition has allowed Precision to advance with more projected capital investments and has given Precision Color Compounds the tools to grow at a much faster pace. The Ellis Company is a capital investment company that owns several companies including other plastic companies. The company did at this time change their name to Precision Color Compounds, LLC. Management at Precision Color Compounds has combined experience in the plastics and plastics compounding business of over 100+ years. The staff has prior extensive experience with various color compounding plastic-related companies, brings diversified expertise in all departments and specializes in color consulting.
